Joe was born and raised in Calgary, being a proud Calgarian Joe knows the city and its bedroom communities intimately and feels passionate about calling Calgary home. One of Joe’s greatest rewards is being able to share that knowledge and passion with his clients.

Joe is a proud father of two little girls, Sofia and Olivia, he and his wife Jennifer were married in 2007. 

Before entering the real estate industry in 1998, Joe gained his architectural technologies diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, he obtained his real estate license in 2000. 

In his over 20 years of assisting clients with buying and selling real estate Joe also managed a real estate brokerage, it exposed him to additional invaluable real estate training he otherwise would not have obtained, training, and techniques he implements today when representing his clients.

Jenna brings her experience of working in an international environment to the Real Estate industry in Calgary with over 10 years in hospitality, and administrative support working in both a National Law Firm and an International Oil and Gas firm.

Prior to moving to Calgary, she was born and raised in Vietnam.

As an immigrant, Jenna is passionate about supporting new Canadians settling in Calgary and surrounding communities.

A born and raised Calgarian, David has a deep devotion and love for this great city! He recognized at an early age that he had a passion for real estate and design when his father would take him and his little sister to explore show homes and open houses. he was in awe of the stunning interior designs and beautiful homes Calgary had to offer.

Through hIs Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Mount Royal University, David discovered a unique way to explore his passion for design and helping people. His first job after graduation was with SAFE Design Council, whose primary focus was to achieve security through functional architecture and landscape design. Additionally, his experience as a resident manager for a large condominium gave him invaluable insight into the inner workings of condominium corporations, landlord/tenant relationships and the importance of self-leadership.

Having played competitive sports for a large portion of his life David also understands the perseverance, hard work and grit it takes to produce the best results. It is through his diverse athletic and business background that he learned the value of discipline, taking initiative, relationship building, and problem-solving. Paul Viani has always called Calgary home. Born and raised in the Northwest community of Brentwood, he is familiar with the city, its residents, and their needs.

Paul is a SAIT alumnus who graduated from the Emergency Medical Technician (Paramedic) Program before beginning his professional career in the home improvement industry.

Paul made the decision to shift his career to the real estate industry, initially serving as an assistant to the Viani Real Estate Group, which consisted of six realtors. After dedicating two years to this role, he acquired invaluable knowledge, enabling him to make a seamless transition into a role as a real estate agent with confidence.

Over the course of Paul's experience in the professional realm, he has discovered a profound passion for enhancing the client experience. His objective is to assist every client in discovering a home that perfectly aligns with their requirements, all while maintaining a foundation of honesty and compassion.
