SCENIC ACRES REAL ESTATE

Scenic Acres is located in Calgary’s northwest.  The area was annexed by the city in several stages beginning in the 1960s, and the neighbourhood was established in 1981. The community’s name is a nod to the panoramic views of the Bow Valley corridor, Canada Olympic Park, and the Rocky Mountains. There are also numerous open fields and green spaces in the area, which facilitate community recreational and sporting activities. Scenic Acres offers quick access to the city’s pathways, public transportation via the Crowfoot LRT Station, and the Crowfoot shopping centre with its numerous attractions, shops, and restaurants.

The community is bounded to the north by Crowchild Trail, to the south and east by Nose Hill Drive, and to the west by Stoney Trail.
