Pineridge is a community in northeast Calgary and was established in 1974. It was developed along with the other three "Properties" communities of Whitehorn, Temple, and Rundle during the building boom of the mid-1970s. Prior to that time, the area was a treeless prairie landscape.

Boundaries of the community are 32 Avenue to the north, 68 Street to the east, 16 Avenue to the south, and 52 Street to the west.
