LAKEVIEW REAL ESTATE

The community of Lakeview is located in Calgary’s southwest along the north shore of Glenmore Reservoir. The area is named because of the excellent views of the Reservoir and the Elbow River Valley. Lakeview was annexed in 1956, and development began in 1962.

Lakeview is bordered by Glenmore Trail to the north, Crowchild Trail to the East, and 37th Street and the Tsuu T'ina Nation Indian Reserve to the west, with the Reservoir bounding the south.
