BAYVIEW REAL ESTATE

Bayview is situated in the southwest quadrant of the Calgary along the southeast edge of the Glenmore Reservoir. As the name of this community suggests, many residents enjoy views of the reservoir. The land was annexed to the City of Calgary in 1956 and Bayview developed into a primarily single family residential community in 1967. The community is conveniently located near amenities such as Heritage Park, Foothills Hospital, and Chinook Mall. The PBP community is made up of the communities of Palliser, Bayview and Pump Hill.
The boundaries of the community are the Glenmore Reservoir to the north, 14 Street to the east, 90 Avenue to the south, and 24 Street to the west.
